Emma & Dana When my fiance and I were searching for a wedding venue, we chose Galt Country Club because of the beautiful grounds and building. It was soon obvious that we had made a great decision - the food was excellent, the service was splendid and the staff made us feel like our event was the most important they had ever hosted. We could not have been happier with our decision! We were treated very well by the staff - Catering Managers Wendy and Shana always speedily replied to email and were happy to meet and answer questions any time. Their expertise in event planning came in handy many times! Another thing we appreciated was the Club's cheerful accommodation of our "off-the-menu" requests - because of this, we were able to personalize our reception by bringing in a different dessert and serving sparkling apple cider with dinner. When the day arrived, Shana worked with our other vendors to make sure everything went as planned. I didn't have to worry about a single detail all day! This was no small task, as we had our ceremony, cocktails and reception at the Club, but Shana oversaw all three events with aplomb. The room switchover from ceremony to reception was speedy, and the balcony and foyer easliy accommodated all of our guests while this occured during our cocktail hour. The food at the Club looked great and tasted even better. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it - from the hors d' oeuvres served during coktail hour to the main course to the midnight buffet fruit display. Many of our guests commented that it was the tastiest meal that they had ever had at a wedding. The service was excellent. Servers were efficient and unobtrusive, and the clearing of dishes did not impede the flow of the evening. Our wedding was truly an amazing day, as every couples' should be. The Galt Country Club was a big part in the success of the day, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for hosting a wedding or other big event.

The hall looked incredible, the meals were absolutley fantastic-everyone complemented both the chicken and the salmon-and your staff were courteous, friendly and amazingly helpful. You made our special day even more special and for that we cannot thank you enough. The Galt Country Club did a truly fantastic job and many of our friends who are thinking about tying the knot were extremely impressed. The Club has an amazing reputation and you certainly lived up to it and exceeded it in our eyes. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you ever the past few months.
