Dave started his PGA golf career here at the Galt Country Club some 39 years ago.
Dave is a former provincial top-ranked junior and college scholarship player prior to joining the PGA of Canada.
An Ontario PGA Teaching Professional of the year award winner and Titleist Leadership Advisory Staff Member.
The founder of the Galt Country Club Junior Performance Team Dave has coached hundreds of elite juniors, amateurs and professionals and is proud of the 25 Provincial and National Champions along with helping 32 young golfers achieve USA Golf Scholarships.
Dave is excited to work with all Galt Country Club members to improve their golf skills and help them get more enjoyment from their golf experience
SCOTT BOGLE
PGA OF CANADA PROFESSIONAL
Scott Bogle joined the Galt Country Club professional team in 2019, after being employed at some of the finer golf courses in the GTA. Scott brings his passion for growing the game, developing innovative member programs, and sharing his knowledge and experience in the game.
A PGA of Canada member since 2000, Scott has had the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the golf industry. Most recently, coaching, and now where most of his passion lies, is in fitting golf clubs. His patient demeanor has you get the most out of your golf game, coupled with his attention to detail, shows his commitment to excellent customer service.
Scott has played competitively and has won many professional events, has competed in the Canadian Open, PGA Tour Canada events, and in 2008, was named the PGA of Ontario Player of the Year. This professional experience has helped him with his coaching, advancements in technology, and how important it is to have properly fit golf clubs to perform your best. Scott is extremely proud to be a member of the Galt professional team, and he looks forward to continuing to grow relationships with members of Galt CC.
VICTOR CIESIELSKI

Victor is a certified PGA of Canada professional with a focus solely on instruction. In back-to-back years 2020 and 2021 Victor was recognized as a TOP 100 Professional in the industry. Victor joined the Galt Country Club in 1997 as a junior and has now turned his focus toward the development and growth of the sport. With over 20 years of experience in competitive golf including being a member of the Canadian National Team, 3 Canadian Open appearances, and over 25 professional victories he looks to help take your game to the next level. Victor is a proud TaylorMade staff player for the last 10 years as well as a brand ambassador for Adidas.
CARLY SHANE
PGA of CANADA
Carly has an extensive golf background, having competed on many junior tours, Golf Ontario, and Golf Canada events. She was awarded a golf scholarship to New Mexico and transferred to Dalton State in Georgia for her remaining two years where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Starting her career in the PGA of Canada at Galt Country Club in 2018, this year marks her 5th as an Assistant Golf Professional. Carly coaches the junior girls’ new & developing player team & the new player summer team and uses her expertise to lead the Golf Operations department. Carly is thrilled to fulfill her passion for the game through teaching, coaching, and working as a golf professional within the PGA. Her end goal is to become a head golf professional. She looks forward to continuing to build women’s and especially junior girls’ golf.
RACHAEL RIER
PGA of CANADA
Rachael is currently completing her final year of the Golf Management Degree Program at Georgian College. In 2020, Rachael was named Georgian’s Female Athlete of the Year for her performance on the women’s golf team, including 1 tournament win, four top 3 finishes, a bronze medal at Provincials, and an 8th place finish at the National College Championships in Montreal. Rachael joined the PGA of Canada in April of 2021 and has recently begun teaching private and group lessons. She brings an enthusiastic and thoughtful approach to the game of golf and is excited to continue to use her passion and love for the game to help others reach their potential. Rachael is thrilled to be back here
at Galt Country Club for her second year and will be helping with junior programs, tournament preparations, day to day operations in the golf shop, and is looking forward to teaching more junior and beginner lessons!
